Yorkshire Coast Homes is spending over £55 million over the next five years to ensure that every one of its homes meets the Government’s decency standard. This includes internal improvements such as new fitted kitchens and bathrooms and new central heating systems. External works include new doors, re-roofing and new double-glazed windows.
