Service Standards
As a customer of YCH you are entitled to be treated with respect, to be able to access our services easily, to be taken seriously, to receive clear, accurate and truthful information, be offered choices whenever possible, be consulted about your needs and how we can meet them, complain and have your complaint properly addressed and redressed as necessary, expect these standards to be a minimum requirement of the services that we offer.
