Customer Initiatives Team
Yorkshire Coast Homes is committed to informing and consulting its customers about its latest plans and proposals. We have a Customer Initiatives Team dedicated to co-ordinating and encouraging the involvement of our customers, in the management of their homes. This team makes sure that Yorkshire Coast Home's policies and funding reflect the needs and wishes of customers.
At Yorkshire Coast Homes we want to give all of our customers the chance to get involved in our work. We understand however, that our customers have differing needs and circumstances. So, we have created a Menu of Choice, from which you can choose the ways you want to get involved and influence our services that best suit your lifestyle.
