You should always contact your Arrears Officer as soon as possible whenever you are having difficulty paying your rent. It is always much easier for you to clear a small debt than a much larger one.
We will listen to your circumstances sympathetically and work with you to ensure the debt is managed and the rent paid back as quickly as practical.
Every opportunity will be given to help you but if you continually fail to keep to any arrangements made, we will ask the County Court for possession of your home.
