About Us

Yorkshire Coast Homes’ purpose is to provide high quality, well managed homes for rent to people who need them.
We aim to provide you with the best possible housing service including property repairs, maintenance, estate management, care support and customer involvement in return for a reasonable rent. Our staff will be polite and helpful at all times, answering your queries promptly and accurately.

Yorkshire Coast Homes is spending over £55 million to ensure that every one of its homes meets the Government’s decency standard by 2010. This includes internal improvements such as new fitted kitchens and bathrooms and new central heating systems. External works include new doors, re-roofing and new double-glazed windows.
