Ros Fox (Chairman)

Ros has been a Board Director since 2008. Ros became the Chairman of the Board in November 2012 and is a representative on the Audit and Risk Committee.

 Stephen Perry (Vice Chairman)

Stephen was Finance Director at Housing 21 and before that was Group Financial Controller at Anchor Trust. He has been on the Board of YCH since January 2008 and is currently Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee.
 

 Mandy Goodlad

Mandy has been a YCH tenant since 1983 and has been involved with Barrowcliff Tenants and Residents Association for several years. Mandy is also a member of the Audit and Risk Committee and Human Resources Committe.

Judith Jones

Judith has recently joined our Board in November 2012. She has worked in Social Housing for the past 20 years and outside of her Board role, Judith works as an Assistant Chief Executive at St Leger Homes in Doncaster. She has worked at St Leger homes since 2006 and has strong skills in leadership and has a sound financial management background with a track record of delivering value for money.

Alan Evans (Co-opted Member)

Alan is a co-opted Board Director appointed in November 2012. Alan is now retired but previously worked in Senior Management for 12 years within Social Housing. Alan has also worked as a Finance Director and has a very strong financial background. During his career Alan has been a Deputy Chief Executive responsible for Finance, IT, HR Corporate Governance and Subsidiary Directors.

Graham Priestly

Graham’s career has been a key consultant with MOD, Solution researcher and designer for the MOD, Software solution designer for a Primary care Trust (NHS), Designer of a tracking system for recruiting workers for airports and Designer of a mobile monitoring system for the elderly and infirm.  Graham joined YCH Board November 2011 and is a representative on the Human Resources and the Service Improvement and Property Committee.

 Jane Mortimer

Jane has been a Councillor with Scarborough Borough Council since May 1991 and a member of the Board of Yorkshire Coast Homes since November 2009. She is a representative on the Service Improvement and Property Committee.

 William Chat

Bill has been a Member of Scarborough Borough Council since 1999 and was portfolio holder for Housing Services for the 12 month period prior to the YCH stock transfer. Prior to joining the Council, Bill was Chairman of the Barrowcliff Tenants and Residents Association for four years.

 Michelle Donohue-Moncrieff

Michelle joined the Board in July 2012 and is a member of the Service Improvement and Property Committee. Michelle represents the Hertford Ward in her role as a Councillor.

Ronald Pickersgill

Ron served 18 years as a Magistrate on the Scarborough bench and was a member of the family court and licensing bench and on the North Yorkshire Probation management Committee.  Ron is the founder member of the Scarborough and District Mediation Service.  Ron is a representative on the Service Improvement and Performance and HR Committees.

Raymond Tedds

Ray has been in IT and Project Management, mainly in the manufacturing sector. Ray has been responsible for IT services provision within large companies (1000 + employees) and at times had responsibility for multi-national sites in France/Germany/Ireland.  Ray is currently a representative on the Audit and Risk Committee.
