The Corporate Plan

To ensure that YCH is delivering on its targets and objectives it regularly reviews and updates its Corporate Plan. This details our objectives in relation to the core vision and values of the association.

The Corporate Plan informs how services will be delivered over a period of time focusing on objectives that have been identified via consultation with customers, and direction from the Board.
