Yorkshire Coast Homes

Yorkshire Coast Homes is split into three areas: Housing, Finance and Property. Each area has its own director, responsible to the Chief Executive.

Housing

Responsible for home allocations, arrears, care services, customer initiatives, the Northern Area office and tenancy services. These teams are responsible for delivering services and ensuring that we deliver high levels of customer care.

Property

The property team is responsible for the condition of the properties, right to buy or right to aquire applications and maintenance.

Finance

A team dedicated to handling the financial side and ensuring that we deliver value for money.
