About You
Occasionally YCH will ask you to complete a survey that contains questions about who you are (such as your age, gender, religion etc). These surveys are important in helping us understand who our customers are and identify what services are important to them.
In knowing who our customers are we have been able to improve services in line with their specific needs; we have also been able to target particular groups who may benefit from initiatives or projects.
