As part of our work to meet this standard we have demonstrated that as an organisation we are committed to employing disabled people and will:
• Interview all applicants with a disability who meet the minimum criteria for a job vacancy;
• Ensure mechanisms are in place to discuss with disabled employees what can be done to ensure they can develop and use their abilities;
• Make every effort when employees become disabled to make sure they stay in employment;
• Ensure all employees develop a level of disability awareness;
