Customer Service Excellence
This award looks at the way we deliver services for our customers, the timeliness of our services, the information we provide and our professionalism and staff attitude. The assessment concluded: "The organisation was clearly focussed on providing the best service for its customers and staff that worked for Yorkshire Coast Homes came across as being firmly committed to the success of the organisation, through the provision of effective services to the tenants".
It identified six key strengths that Yorkshire Coast Homes has: customer engagement, staff development, the commitment of staff to put the customer first, its partnership approach, the way it monitors its performance through targets and the way it finds solutions to any challenges that arise.
