Allocations Team

The Allocations Team are responsible for the letting of Yorkshire Coast Homes' properties. Yorkshire Coast Homes operates an "Open Waiting List" on behalf of Scarborough Borough Council. This means that anyone can apply to join the waiting list.

If you are homeless or threatend with homlessness and looking for a property in Scarborough, you should contact the Housing Options Team at Scarborough Borough Council. They will look at all the options available to you with the aim of prevention before looking at rehousing.
