You Said... We Did
Occasionally we may want to contact tenants to seek their views on particular topics. We will do this through a variety of ways including the Coasttalk Magazine, contacting members of our Consultation Database, or by holding public meetings or drop in sessions where people can pop in and tell us what they think.
Throughout 2009 we sought customer views on the following:
Tenancy Agreement Consultation
YCH sent out a postal survey and held a focus group in order to discuss proposed changes to the YCH Tenancy Agreement. A questionnaire was sent to people on the general waiting list, and also to some existing customers who were on the transfer list, in total 1,300 surveys were sent out. We received 20% of these back, which allowed us to generate some useful and interesting results. Following this feedback we altered the proposed agreement to reflect customers wishes about pets, and provided clearer guidance on other complex arrears of the agreement.
