Yorkshire Coast Homes is a Housing Association and a registered charity.  It is a not-for-profit housing organisation which is regulated by the Housing Corporation. It was set up in 2003 to take over the ownership and management of Scarborough Borough Council's 4,500 rented housing properties following a positive ballot by the tenants.

If you own either a Leisure or Flavel gas cooker, you could be at risk of Carbon Monoxide Poisoning which can be fatal.

Owners are advised not to operate the grill with the grill door closed, to prevent Carbon Monoxide build-up. 
A FREE modification is required to the listed cookers to adjust the door seals.
