STATUS Survey
STATUS Survey
YCH is required to complete a regular satisfaction survey of all customers. This requirement is called the STATUS survey and is completed every 2/3 years.
The most reccent survey was completed in 2010, with the first being done in 2005 following the stock transfer, and a second completed in 2007. The results for all three surveys can be found by clicking the links below.
