Performance Indicators
Yorkshire Coast Homes measues performance to a variety of different indicators that are reviewed regularly and updated at regular intervals. In January 2008 a group of tenants chose what they believed would be the most important indicators for Yorkshire Coast Homes to report to customers on a regular basis. This is done via a performance dashboard located in our offices, Coasttalk newsletter and also from the link below.
