Your Arrears Service Needs you!

Want to have a real say in what we do? Want to know how we do it, and where we can do better?

We already meet with a small group of tenants every quarter to discuss the rent arrears service, what we do. how we do it, what we are doing well and where we need to improve. This has been working well but we need more tenants to influence and scrutinise what we do and have a real say in shaping the arrears service for the benefit of providing a good service to all tenants.

We welcome interest from all tenants, especially younger tenants and all backgrounds where we are under represented to ensure we can deliver high quality services to all members of our communities.
