How to Pay
It is in your best interest to pay your rent promptly and we provide a wide variety of ways for you to do so:
•Standing Order – the benefit of using this method is that once it is set up, your bank transfers a payment to cover your rent directly to us. You only have to change your Standing Order if your rent changes.
• Direct Debit - Payment can made through a Direct Debit, either weekly (payments to be made on a Monday) or monthly, we offer 2 payment dates of the 5th and 19th of each month. To download a copy of the Direct Debit form click here.
• Cheque sent in the post – made payable to “Yorkshire Coast Homes” and sent to any Yorkshire Coast Homes office.
• Scarborough Borough Council payment counter.
• Payment / Swipe Cards – these can be used at Post Offices or at any outlet displaying the Allpay/PayPoint sign to make cash payments.
• Allpay – pay your rent online by logging onto www.allpay.net, or calling direct on 0844 557 8321.
• Text Messaging, through the Allpay Network. Simply register at www.allpayments.net to receive the benefits of being able to pay your rent on the move anytime, anyplace anywhere!
