We now have a dedicated officer to help with any financial difficulties you have. Our Money Management Officer can advise on the benefits that you are entitled to and could be claiming, He can also provide debt advice and agree repayment plans, as well as providing guidance on successful budgeting. Any tenant or leaseholder can access the service or be referred from another Yorkshire Coast Homes department.
Where help cannot be given by the Money Management Officer referrals will be made to independant organisations such as Stonham, Citizens Advice Bureau or HARP depending on the individual's circumstances.
