You can now report repairs online. Repairs reported online outside normal working hours will be dealt with on the following working day. If you feel your repair is an emergency ring Customer Services on 0845 065 56 56 or, outside of normal office hours, call our Emergency Repairs Call Centre on 01723 351558.
