Solid Fuel Heating Servicing

If your home has a solid fuel appliance (open fire, Parkray, Rayburn or similar) we will sweep your flue every twelve months. It is vitally important to ensure that chimneys are clear of obstructive and that smoke can pass up the flue into the air outside.

If the fire blows back into your room or you can smell smoke let the fire go out and contact YCH immediately. Do not re-light the fire until it has been inspected, smoke and odourless gasses released by burning can be very dangerous.
