Repairs & Maintenance

Looking after your home is a joint responsibility.  Yorkshire Coast Homes is responsible for most repairs to your home.  It is your responsibility to tell us when repairs are needed and you must allow access for the work to be done.

Willmott Dixon

YCH uses different contractors to achieve its aims with regards to repairs and maintenance. In particular YCH has a pertnership agreement with Willmott Dixon to deliver day-to-day repairs, to work in empty properties to get them to a suitable standard before they become tenanted again, and some aids and adaptations for vulnerable customers.
