We want to work with you to look after your home. We are responsible for most repairs to your home but you must tell us when repairs are needed and allow access for the work to be done.

YCH uses different contractors to achieve its aims with regards to repairs and maintenance. In particular YCH is in partnership with Willmott Dixon to deliver day-to-day repairs, to work in empty properties to get them to a suitable standard before they become tenanted again, and to install some aids and carry out adaptations for vulnerable customers.
