Out Of Hours Repairs Service
We understand that sometimes you will need to speak to our repairs service outside of normal office hours; especially if you need to report emergency repairs.
To allow you to do this you can phone 01723 351558 between 5pm and 08:30am Monday to Friday and at anytime during weekends.
The service is provided by Scarborough Borough Council and customers are advised to report the repair as they would normally. This information is then passed on to the relevant out of hours contractor, who will assess if the repair is urgent enough to warrant immediate attention, and if so make arrangements to send a tradesperson out to make safe.
Future arrangements will then be made to complete any outstanding work, at times convenient to you.
