Resident Involvement

Here at Yorkshire Coast Homes we appreciate the importance of involving and consulting with our customers and believe that our residents help us to make a real difference in improving services. It is important that we provide services which are value for money and we can only do this by ensuring our services meet the needs and priorities of our residents. There are a variety of ways that you can become actively involved with YCH from completing a survey in the comfort of your own home, to taking part in one of our many focus groups. Being involved is flexible as you can attend as much or as little as you like and we always welcome new residents to join us!

We underwent a review by TPAS (Tenant Participatory Advisory Service) in 2015 and we were happy to announce that we successfully gained the accreditation for another 3 years! The accreditation means a lot to us as we work hard to involve residents and we truly value their ideas and opinions on how our organisation is run.
