VIDEO: More new affordable homes in Whitby

The regeneration of Whitby’s St Peter’s Road is now nearing completion, following the demolition of the existing flats which, in terms of the quality, design and access standards that Yorkshire Coast Homes (YCH) have established for their tenants, had reached the end of their serviceable life.

This phase of the project will yield 33 new properties, including 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes, 4 of which will be made available for purchase..

The handover of the final properties in this phase will mark completion of the £10.6m Helredale Gardens and St Peter’s Road scheme, carried out by Yorkshire Coast Homes in partnership with Esh Property Services and Scarborough Borough Council
