Housing associations are expected by our regulator the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) to create 'Local Offers' of service delivery and support, here at YCH we call these our ‘Customer Promises’.
We are continually looking to improve our services for customers and we are proposing a new simplified approach by creating 15 new ‘Customer Promises’ which encompass all the services we provide.
We hope that this new customer friendly format will make it easier to understand and will support our customers to hold us to account. We have divided these up using the regulatory standards so customers can see how they link into our regulatory requirements.
